I’m still pregnant so you get another ukulele video. This one’s for Grandpa. I don’t have much else to say about that.
Oh wait, yes I do. You people are adorable. Thanks for all the love and support and emails and wall posts and tweets and… You make my heart all squishy.
That’s my excuse for being so weirdly shiny in this video, too.
Happy Friday, y’all.

Beautifully done. Happy Friday!

That was lovely. I’m sorry about your Grandpa. But on a positive note, your baby is so lucky to hear your wonderful singing voice. I seriously could listen to that over and over.

That’s not shine, that’s called glow. Work this pregnancy thing for all it’s worth. That kid claws his way out and it’s all I’m cute, hold me. And wahwah, I need mothersucking boob time and a clean diaper.
No more roses and footrubs for mama. But there will be booze.

What a beautiful tribute to your cutie Grand Dad.
It is so special that Paul hears your music. You have already created a love of music in him.It is our legacy we give to our children, Music, music, music.

That song always makes me cry. When I was in high school I had this morbid fascination with novels about kids dying of various terminal illnesses. I don’t know why, I guess I liked crying? But that song was quoted in pretty much every one of them.
Paul will be here soon enough. And then you will wish he was as portable as he is now….You’re still going to have to carry him most of the time, it will just tie up your hands as well. How will you play the ukelele with your hands full of baby???

Aww, the perfect song for the occasion.
Enjoy your last few days of not being slave to another human.
And do we get to have a competition to guess the ACTUAL delivery date?

There are lots of challenging notions in the bible but this song just makes total sense to me.
P.S. You (and now your baby bump) will be a real bright spot tomorrow for everyone in attendance. I know it.
